Terms of Service for UNA

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UNA mobile application and website (una.now), operated by itligt DBA ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using UNA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

UNA is a spiritual enhancement and family story preservation app. It provides tools for daily entries, family interviews, legacy messages, and a private Sacred Vault for sensitive spiritual experiences.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

UNA offers free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free: Unlimited entries, Sacred Vault, and voice recording

• Individual: $7.99/month or $54.99/year — adds cloud sync and advanced features

• Family: $12.99/month or $89.99/year — premium for up to 6 family members via Apple Family Sharing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in UNA. We do not claim any rights to your entries, recordings, photos, or other personal content. Sacred Vault content never leaves your device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UNA to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on the rights of others

• Distribute harmful, threatening, or abusive content

• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures

7. Intellectual Property

The UNA app, website, music, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by itligt DBA. The songs across all UNA albums are copyrighted works of itligt DBA.

8. Disclaimers

UNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UNA.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from app settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
