Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Go to Settings → Account → Reset Password. You'll receive a password reset email.
Is my Sacred Vault data backed up?
Sacred Vault data is stored only on your device for maximum privacy. It is not backed up to any cloud service. We recommend using the UNA Backup feature (Settings → Export → UNA Backup) to create an encrypted local backup that you can store securely.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → UNA to manage or cancel your subscription.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export → Download My Data to receive a portable copy of your journal entries. Sacred Vault data can be included in encrypted UNA Backups.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
